Quantity Surveyor

• Analyse project drawings and specifications to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery fit-out projects, including materials, labour, and overhead cost
• Coordination with procurement team for release of P.O s
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Update and maintain databases and records of cost estimates and project expenses.
• Rate analysis for all items in the BOQ, costing and finalization of rates with vendors.
