Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for Quantity Surveyors with 5-10 years of working experience with Main Contractor in Building Works in Post Contract Administration of Main Contract including the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Prepare, manage and update Project cost plans and cash flow forecasts

2. Monitor and control project expenses against project budget

3. Valuing completed work

4. Monthly Progress payment applications and tracking payments

5. Experienced in Claims, Variations and Change Orders including identifying, valuing and pricing of variations

6. Prepare BOQ and scope for subcontract packages and materials for procurement

7. Review quotations to finalize subcontract packages and material supplies

8. Subcontract payment certifications

9. Overseeing bonds and insurances

10. Prepare cost reports and maintain updated records of project costs, expenses, payments, claims and variations

11. Final accounts settlements – main works, subcontract works

12. Contract Close-outs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
