Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will handle BOQs, cost control, procurement coordination, and variations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and cost reports for all new and ongoing projects.
• Review drawings and prepare material take-offs with accuracy.
• Generate, review, and track Variation Orders.
• Prepare and coordinate procurement schedules in line with project timelines.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations, pricing, and technical clarifications.
• Prepare submission and shop drawings in coordination with the design team (where applicable).
• Work closely with the site and design teams to incorporate site conditions into revised drawings and cost updates.
• Support tender submissions with accurate quantities and pricing.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, and updates throughout execution.
