Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in interior fit-out turnkey projects. The ideal candidate must have 5 - 10+ years of solid QS experience in the fit-out industry, with expertise in cost estimation, BOQs, and project financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and tender packages
• Conduct quantity take-offs and material measurements for fit-out projects
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
• Manage variations, claims, and commercial documentation
• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and procurement
• Manage subcontractor agreements and final account settlement
• Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial standards
• Support the entire lifecycle of turnkey fit-out projects from tendering to handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of QS experience, specifically in interior fit-out/turnkey projects
• Strong understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, and civil finishes
• Excellent command of cost estimation, contract administration, and commercial management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, PlanSwift and QS-related software
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
