Billing & QS Engineer

Job Description :

Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bill with item rate from tender/contract.

Prepare and process subcontractor bills.

Checking work done status , client certified JMR and certification of bill and invoices from vendors and contractors.

Preparations of quantity re-conciliation and material reconciliation reports.

Responsible for certification of sub-contractor bill from client monthly Basic.

Project quantity take off and certification from client.

Conducted in-depth analysis of architectural plans, RCC details, and material estimates.

Proficiently performed quantity surveying, estimation, and billing tasks for the project.

Calculated quantities for concrete, shuttering materials, cement, brickwork, and plaster.

Accurately prepared monthly measurements and bills for RCC, brickwork, and plaster.

Maintained records of Mivan shuttering materials and other building materials of inward and outward, labour’s record.

Facilitated effective communication and coordination among clients, subcontractors, and various project departments to ensure adherence to project schedules.

Spearheaded tendering, bidding, and e-tendering processes to secure key contracts.

Managed cost preparation responsibilities, including procurement of factored/sub-supplier costs.

Demonstrated excellence in preparing comprehensive technical and commercial proposals. Actively participated in clarification meetings with clients when necessary.

Ensured that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign-off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.

Led the preparation of all relevant handover documentation upon securing orders. Deep understanding of industry specifications and market requirements
