Quantity Surveyor

Job description:

• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs for Fit-Out, MEP, and civil works.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to ensure accurate quantity calculations.
• Assist in tendering, including pricing and preparation of tender documents.
• Perform material take-offs for steel components, cladding, lighting, and fixing systems.
• Track costs through project lifecycle and prepare progress billing statements.
• Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for custom signage and steel fabrication projects.
• Coordinate with the project, procurement, and site teams for cost-related matters.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback, structural calculations, or site changes.
• Generate drawings according to client request.
• Contract Administration.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience is required
• Effective communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• AutoCAD, Sketchup software knowledge
• Able to do multiple jobs without compromising the quality.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
