Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

Desert Rose is seeking a skilled **Quantity Surveyor** to manage project costs, ensure accurate estimations, and support the successful delivery of construction and landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and experience in cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents

* Conduct material and quantity take-offs

* Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons

* Monitor project costs and prepare periodic cost reports

* Assist in contract negotiation, variations, and claims

* Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and suppliers

* Ensure compliance with company standards and project budgets
