Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with solid expertise in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, and particularly stone & marble works to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality fit-out projects across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and budget forecasts for interior fit-out projects
• Lead the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers/subcontractors and evaluating quotations
• Monitor project expenditures and provide accurate cost reports
• Support contract negotiations, variations, and claims management
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and design teams to ensure cost-efficient solutions
• Conduct site inspections and verify completed work against specifications
• Prepare and manage interim and final payment certificates
• Ensure full compliance with project budgets, timelines, and quality expectations
• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Interior Fit-Out & Construction within the GCC region
• Hands-on experience with stone and marble works
• Strong understanding of construction methods, interior design elements, and fit-out specifications
• Excellent knowledge of FIDIC and local contract practices
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Based in KSA or willing to relocate immediately
