Salary: AED 3-10,000 per month

We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing interior fit-out team in Dubai.
If you have a strong background in estimating, cost control, BOQ preparation and commercial management within the UAE fit-out sector, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, estimates, and cost plans for interior fit-out projects
• Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and specifications
• Conduct site measurements and prepare progress valuations
• Track project costs, variations, and financial forecasting
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing
• Prepare and present commercial reports to project management
• Ensure all work complies with contract requirements and company standards
• Support project teams with cost advice and budget monitoring

Requirements

• Previous experience in UAE interior fit-out is essential
• Minimum 2–4 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial management, procurement, contracts, and cost control
• Proficiency in Excel, quantity measurement software, and BOQ preparation
• Able to work in a fast-paced project environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Based in UAE or able to relocate immediately
