Quantity Surveyor (Architecture & Fit-Out Experience)

Job Summary:
Alpha Plus is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in architectural works and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, BOQ preparation, and coordination with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient cost management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs
• Manage project budgets and monitor cost performance
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Participate in tendering, pricing, and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with KSA construction regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in architecture and fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of KSA construction market
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in relevant QS software/tools is a plus
