Job Vacancy – Quantity Surveyor

A leading company is seeking to hire a qualified Quantity Surveyor, as per the following requirements:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering
Total Experience Required: 5 years of professional experience
Experience in the Required Field: Strong background in quantity take-off, cost estimation, tender preparation, and project cost control
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading architectural and structural drawings, preparing BOQs, using quantity surveying software, and performing cost analysis
Key Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and excellent numerical and reporting skills
Field Experience: Experience working on construction projects and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure accurate quantities and project documentation
Languages: Professional proficiency in English is required (Arabic is a plus)
