Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong knowledge in swimming pool construction and landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will handle cost estimation, BOQs, project budgeting, and coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate quantity control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs
• Evaluate tenders, quotations, and project budgets
• Monitor project cost control and prepare variance reports
• Conduct site measurements and verify contractor claims
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers
• Prepare progress reports, invoices, and final accounts
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in swimming pool construction and landscaping
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of materials, drawings, and site measurement techniques
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
