Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out)
Location: UAE

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in interior fit-out projects, particularly finishes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, drawing analysis, and supporting cost control and procurement activities. Experience in marble works is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural and interior fit-out drawings to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and BOQs.
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and project cost control.
• Coordinate with design and project execution teams to verify quantities on site.
• Prepare and review material take-offs, especially for finishes and marble.
• Support procurement activities, including preparing inquiries and comparing quotations.
• Maintain project documentation, cost reports, and quantity records.
• Assist in preparing interim payment applications, variations, and final accounts.
• Ensure all works meet the company’s standards, specifications, and project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS Office (Excel is essential).
• Strong ability to read drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and apply measurement standards.
• 3–5 years of interior fit-out experience, specifically in finishes; marble experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience with interior fit-out contractors in the UAE.
• Exposure to high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Knowledge of market rates for finishes and materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
