Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on construction projects within Riyadh and be familiar with local practices, regulations, and market rates.

Key Responsibilities:

· Preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates

· Monitoring project costs and budgets

· Preparing and evaluating interim payments, variations, and final accounts

· Coordinating with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors

· Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents

· Assisting in procurement and subcontractor evaluations

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

· 2–4 years of relevant QS experience

· Must have prior work experience in Riyadh

· Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local market rates

· Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software

· Strong analytical and communication skills
