- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs)
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Monitor project costs and control expenses throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor bids
- Manage contracts, variations, and claims
- Measure and value work completed on site
- Prepare interim and final payment certificates
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal standards
- Prepare cost reports and forecasts for management

- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, PlanSwift)
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Time management and problem-solving skills
