Job Title: Cost & Procurement Support – Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Procurement Officer
Location: Oman

We are seeking experienced Cost & Procurement Support professionals to manage project costing and procurement activities. The role includes preparing BOQs and cost estimates, supporting value engineering initiatives, and handling material procurement, vendor quotations, sample approvals, and supplier coordination to ensure cost-effective and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and procurement processes
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of construction materials and cost control practices
