QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description:

• Accurately calculate quantities as per POMI standards
• Prepare monthly payment certificates for the company and subcontractors; calculate material quantities and prepare material requests
• Prepare and submit Variation Claims & VO Pricing and follow up with the consultant
• Excellent understanding of construction drawings
• Prepare price comparisons for suppliers and tender documents for subcontractors
• Analyze and evaluate quotations
• Assist in preparing and submitting technical and material submittals.
