Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Civil & MEP

Location: Karachi

Experience: 4 to 5 Years of Relevant Experience

Qualifications: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer)

General Purpose:

We require a Quantity Surveyor to calculate quantities to expedite the tender process and to verify the contractor’s final bill against actual executed works. The candidate should be capable of identifying cost-effective material solutions and remain updated with new material trends in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. (Qsr industry experience will be preferred)
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tender packages interior and MEP works.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (finishes, joinery, partitions, ceilings).
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with the Design Team to define and document details and specifications for each item, ensuring a clear scope of work.
• Proficiency in quantity take-off and cost control techniques.
• Inspection of material should be according to as per standard and mention specs in BOQ.
• Prepared the rate analysis as per market standard.
• Possess strong knowledge of construction materials and their properties used in the BOQ.
• Verified the final bill of contactor as actual on site.
