Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our construction team. The QS will manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects, from estimating and budgeting to final account settlement, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and report on potential overruns.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and feasibility studies.
• Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations, negotiate rates, and manage contracts.
• Prepare interim and final valuations, including measurement of completed work.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, legal requirements, and construction regulations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to optimize costs.
• Maintain accurate financial records, forecasts, and cost reports for management review.
• Keep up-to-date with construction materials, labor rates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certification (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience as a QS in construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure) in U.A.E.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement.
• Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office.
