Quantity Surveyor

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has 7 plus years of experience in total and 4+ years in GCC .

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Estimation and tendering.

Elemental cost planning.

Value Engineering proposals.

Cost planning & Cost Control.

Budget Tracking

Preparation of Interim/ Monthly Valuations.

Assist with Progress measurements, Payment Certificates and Sub Contractor Bills

Contract & Subcontract Management.

Project billing.

Rate Analysis, Estimation, Market forecasting etc. Oversee and review consultants and Contractors

to ensure judicious use of materials for project.

Prepare variation of BOQ when needed.

Any other tasks as per the company and job requirement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Knowledge in AUTOCAD/ MS PROJECT/ 3D STUDIO MAX

Minimum 7 years of experience.

Must have strong skills in QS, billing & estimation etc

Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving and strong decision making abilities.
