Key ResponsibilitiesCost Planning & Control

  • Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor and control project costs against approved budgets.
  • Prepare cost reports highlighting variations and forecast final accounts.
  • Advise management on cost-saving and value engineering opportunities.

Measurement & Billing

  • Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, and measurement sheets.
  • Prepare monthly interim payment applications (IPC).
  • Evaluate and certify subcontractor invoices and variations.
  • Measure completed works for valuation and certification.

Contract Administration

  • Assist in preparation, review, and administration of contracts and subcontracts.
  • Handle variations, claims, and change orders.
  • Maintain contractual correspondence and records.
  • Assist in Extension of Time (EOT) and claim cost impact assessment.

Procurement Support

  • Prepare tender documents, scope of work, and comparison statements.
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in finalization.
  • Coordinate with procurement and planning teams to align cost and schedule.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare monthly commercial reports for management.
  • Maintain records for payments, variations, claims, and final accounts.
  • Support project close-out and final account settlement.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, and QA/QC teams.
  • Attend progress, commercial, and coordination meetings.
  • Liaise with consultants and clients on commercial matters.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
  • 3–8 years of experience in civil/building construction projects.
  • Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects preferred.
  • Minimum 3years of UAE experience is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
