Quantity Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contracts, tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and drawings after project award.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor project cost reports and forecasts to ensure effective budget control.
• Evaluate, certify, and process subcontractor payments as per contractual terms.
• Assess, prepare, and substantiate variations, claims, and change orders with proper documentation.
• Conduct detailed measurement and valuation of works executed on site.
• Assist in negotiations and resolution of contractual issues with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare interim payment applications and follow up on certification and payment status.
• Provide timely and accurate cost and commercial reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation and settlement of final accounts upon project completion.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in landscaping and swimming pool projects.
• Good knowledge of contracts, BOQs, cost control, and variation management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
