  • Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation.
  • Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
  • Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports.
  • Manage variations, claims, and change orders.
  • Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor bids.
  • Negotiate contracts and procurement terms.
  • Conduct site visits to track progress and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and legal requirements.
  • Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying (construction industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
