Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in bridges and infrastructure projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost control, contract administration, and financial management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, and tender documents
• Monitor project costs and control variations
• Handle interim valuations, progress payments, and final accounts
• Manage claims, variations, and contractual correspondence
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Mandatory experience in bridges and infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and project documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software
• Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred:

• Experience with government or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts
