Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: UAE

Requirement: Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
• Review drawings and specifications
• Monitor project costs and variations
• Prepare interim valuations and final account
• Ensure project costs are within budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software
• Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory)
