Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of one of the most ambitious and innovative international destination programmes ever undertaken.

Based in Riyadh, this landmark global event will redefine the traditional expo experience by blending immersive cultural zones, daily activations, and AI-driven experiences. The programme will seamlessly merge world class hospitality with cutting edge technology, creating a destination designed to welcome millions of visitors from around the globe.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial management of major construction and infrastructure packages across the programme. Working within a large multidisciplinary delivery team, you will help ensure projects are delivered in line with budget, commercial strategy, and programme objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the commercial management of construction and consultancy packages across the programme
• Assist with cost planning, cost control, and budget management throughout the project lifecycle
• Review contractor applications for payment and support valuation processes
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and assist with change management procedures
• Support the preparation and evaluation of tender and procurement documentation
• Assist with contract administration, including managing variations and commercial correspondence
• Work closely with project, commercial, and programme teams to ensure commercial alignment across delivery packages

About You

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within major construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and commercial processes
• Experience supporting contract administration and variation management
• Ability to work within complex, fast paced project environments
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Degree qualified in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related discipline
