QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• Prepare the BOQ, tender documents, and cost estimates.
• Managing the project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs.
• Keep the record of contracts, LPO, and agreements. Maintain the legal documents of the clients.
• Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
• Able to work well within a team-based environment.
• Communicate regularly with project staff and specialist subcontractors about payment and issue a payment certificate.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Dynamic & Can do’ attitude to work.
• Candidates available in Qatar with minimum of 4 years of experience.and Ready to join immediately can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR4,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Quantity surveyor: 4 years (Preferred)
