Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Doha
Salary: QAR 7,000 – 8,000 (Full Package)

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor for a reputable client based in Doha. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Quantity Surveying professional with strong experience in cost management and contract administration.

Responsibilities:
*Prepare, review, and manage BOQs and cost estimates
*Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
*Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare comparative statements
*Manage interim valuations, payment certificates, and variation orders
*Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets
*Support contract administration and claims management
*Coordinate with project and site teams for cost tracking and reporting
*Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures

Requirements:
*Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
*Minimum 5 to 7 years of overall professional experience
*Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost control
*Experience in contract administration and construction cost management
*GCC experience will be an advantage
