Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in High-Rise Building and Villa Construction Projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, subcontractor management, and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for construction projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and material quantities
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements
• Handle variations, interim valuations, and final account settlements
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensure cost control and commercial compliance throughout project execution
• Prepare monthly cost reports and project progress documentation
• Support procurement and contract administration activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 4–8 years of Quantity Surveying experience in UAE construction projects
• Strong experience in High-Rise Towers and Villa Projects
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, contracts, and cost control
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and QS/Estimation software
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• UAE experience preferred
