Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Civil Construction Site

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor for our civil construction projects. The candidate must have experience in cost estimation, contract handling, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Handle tendering activities: pre-tender documentation and post-tender evaluation
• Lead the tendering process, analyze bids, and assist in contractor selection
• Draft, manage, and monitor contracts, including tracking of variations and scope changes
• Monitor project expenditure and ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Evaluate completed work and prepare payment certificates
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients for coordination and approvals
• Ensure all work complies with legal, quality, and safety regulations
• Assist in resolving contractual disputes and preparing claims documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or B. Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil contracting company (UAE/GCC Experience highly considerable)
• Preferred Visit Visa Candidates Inside UAE
• Male candidates only preferred
