Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

(CSA, Mechanical & Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation)

Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Project Type: Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plants, Refineries, Water Treatment, and Manufacturing Facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10–15+ years’ experience in quantity surveying.
• Strong expertise in earthworks, civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Proven pre- and post-award experience, including IFC and on-site measurement.
• Middle East experience (KSA preferred) within industrial sectors such as mining, oil & gas, or energy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare IFC measurements, BOQs, and conduct tender/commercial evaluations.
• Perform on-site measurement, valuation, and cost control/forecasting.
• Manage variations, change orders, and claims.
• Handle final accounts and subcontractor management/reporting.
