Quantity Surveyor

Falcon Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong exposure in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract activities for Civil Infrastructure Projects. The ideal candidate should have minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost control, estimation, billing, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle pre-contract activities including quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and subcontractor evaluation.
• Manage post-contract activities such as valuation, billing, variation orders, claims, cost monitoring, and final account settlement.
• Prepare and review project budgets and cost reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams regarding project progress and commercial matters.
• Verify subcontractor bills and client payment applications.
• Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within approved budgets.
• Maintain proper documentation related to contracts, variations, and commercial correspondence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying for Civil Infrastructure Projects.
• Strong knowledge of both Pre & Post Contract Management.
• Experience in roads, utilities, drainage, pipelines, earthworks, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off methods.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be given priority.
