Quantity Surveyor

Position Summary

The Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for project cost estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity calculations, material analysis, rate analysis, and cost monitoring for construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Estimation & BOQ

• Prepare BOQs and project estimations.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements.
• Prepare rate analysis and cost calculations.
• Review drawings and calculate material requirements.

Cost & Material Management

• Monitor material quantities and project costs.
• Compare vendor quotations and pricing.
• Support procurement and budgeting activities.
• Track cost variations and support cost control.

Reporting & Coordination

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and procurement team.
• Prepare project cost reports and updates.
• Maintain project documentation and measurement records.
• Support billing, verification, and contractor payment review.

Hiring Requirements

• BSc Civil / DAE Civil / Quantity Survey Diploma.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Real estate or construction project experience preferred.

Skills Required

• BOQ preparation.
• Cost estimation.
• AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Quantity calculations.
• Rate analysis.

Reporting and documentation.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
