Quantity Surveyor

Drawlines Consult is looking for Quantity Surveyor for a short-term assignment.

Project Duration: 6months (extendable)

Location: Lusail

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in construction/commercial management.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
• SAP system (Compulsory)
• Subcontractor invoice evaluation and processing
• Client invoice preparation and submission
• Interim payment applications and certification
• Variation Orders (VO)
• Maintaining the commercial logs
• Familiar with contractual procedures and project commercial administration.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in construction fit-out projects, particularly with Contractor /subcontractor.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contractual procedures is an advantage.
• Able to work in pressure situation.
