Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Epoxy Flooring, Protective Coatings, and Specialized Finishing Works to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying related to epoxy and flooring projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost estimates for epoxy flooring and coating projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender submissions.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and supplier pricing.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims.
• Prepare and submit monthly valuations and payment applications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams regarding project quantities and costs.
• Assess and prepare variation orders and additional work claims.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project budgets.
• Maintain accurate project records and cost reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Proven experience in Epoxy Flooring, Floor Coatings, Waterproofing, or Protective Coating Works.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, estimation, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
