Job Summary

Vision Catalyst Construction LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UAE building construction projects, strong commercial and contractual knowledge, and the ability to manage project costs from pre-construction through project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Analyze project costs and prepare detailed cost reports.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare interim payment applications, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
• Measure completed work and certify subcontractor payments.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, site engineers, and procurement teams.
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, progress verification, and valuation.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and project documentation.
• Support procurement activities by preparing material quantity requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the building construction industry.
• Experience in residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, estimation, and cost control.
• Experience in contract administration, variations, claims, and final account preparation.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
