Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QS & Billing Engineer with strong experience in office fit-out projects. The role involves quantity take-offs, cost estimation, billing, vendor measurement verification, and supporting the project team with accurate data for timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for office fit-out works.
• Review GFC drawings, ID drawings, and site measurements.
• Prepare and verify contractor bills, client bills, and work certification.
• Track project cost, materials consumption, and budget variations.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, design teams, and vendors.
• Ensure timely submission of RA bills, final bills, and change order documentation.
• Maintain updated project records, rate analysis, and billing logs.
• Support procurement with material quantities and cost data.
• Identify and report deviations, extra items, and reworks.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and project financial summaries.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience as QS/Billing Engineer (office fit-out experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of interiors, civil, MEP quantities, and rate analysis.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of billing formats, BOQ structures, and site measurement practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Experience in commercial office interiors.
• Ability to work with tight timelines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
