- Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Reviewing designs/plans to forecast material, labor, and overall project costs.
- Contract & Procurement: Preparing tender documents, contracts, and Bills of Quantities; negotiating with contractors/suppliers.
- Financial Control: Monitoring project spending, valuing work done, managing variations, and certifying subcontractor payments.
- Reporting: Preparing financial reports, risk assessments, and cost analyses for stakeholders.
- Liaison: Working with site managers, project managers, architects, and clients.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks and ensuring compliance.
