Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction, site execution, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents

Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines

Handle variations, claims, and payment applications

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in construction

Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials

Experience in both site engineering and quantity surveying is preferred

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of other software is an advantage)

Good communication and coordination skills
