Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Support in cost estimation, budgeting, and tender document preparation.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations under senior QS supervision.
- Monitor material usage, site progress, and prepare cost and progress reports.
- Support interim valuations, payment applications, and final account preparation.
- Ensure all work aligns with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
- Maintain organized records of BOQs, contracts, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with engineers, site teams, and senior QS staff to support project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (GCC experience preferred).
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and familiar with CostX/PlanSwift is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
