Quantity Surveyor – Construction

Work Location - UCC Maldives

Required Skill Set:

• Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in the Maldives or similar island environments.
• Familiarity with FIDIC or other international contract standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in island or resort construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Candy, MS Excel).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to multicultural environments.
