Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor cum QA/QC to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, contract management, and ensuring that all project activities meet quality standards and specifications. This dual-function role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in project execution and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity Surveying
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Conduct project cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Evaluate contractor quotations, analyze rates, and negotiate pricing.
• Monitor material usage, site progress, and cost control measures.
• Perform valuation for interim payments and prepare final accounts.
• Assist in procurement, supplier evaluation, and contract administration.
• Implement and maintain Quality Assurance & Quality Control procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, material checks, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation, including reports, and method statements.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / must be UPDA holder.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects in Qatar.
• Valid Qatar ID with NOC.
