Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator

Minimum 6 yrs experience- Architectural/Interior and Civil experience is key.

Expertise Rate analysis

Estimation for tenders /bids

Verifying vendor bills

Ability to work on CAD and Excel

On site verification of progress and preparing progress reports

Architectural/Interior and Civil experience is key

Aid, assist, and complete tender procedures for all interior project

Expected to know market rates for ID works items . i.e. Hard and soft Civil ID works/ ceiling works/paint works/ woodworks etc

To fully fill out tenders and liaise with MEP vendors for their rates. Expected to fill out ID tenders as well

Attend tender/Pre-bid/Post-Bid meetings

Analyse market rates and be updated

Expected to know how to read I.D and MEP drawings to understand quantities

Develop IPC/Running Bills for projects

Visit site for verification of bills from vendors and petty contractor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
