Quantity Surveyor & Estimator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor & Estimator with strong construction experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract documentation within UAE projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs based on drawings and specifications
• Analyze project drawings, scope, and technical requirements for pricing
• Obtain and review supplier/subcontractor quotations to prepare price comparisons
• Assist in preparing tender submissions and bid documents
• Evaluate variations, prepare cost breakdowns, and support contract negotiations
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams for cost monitoring and updates
• Maintain cost records, price lists, and estimation databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying and estimation (construction/contracting)
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local market pricing
• Proficient in Primavera, MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (advantage)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Immediately available to join
