Quantity Surveyor & Estimator

Job Summary
We seek a Senior Estimator Engineer with a Civil Engineering background and strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying. The role focuses on accurate cost estimation, tender preparation, and cost control for civil and MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents

• Prepare detailed quantity take offs

• Develop BOQ based on project requirements

• Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions

• Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations

• Conduct site visits when required

• Study construction methods and propose cost effective solutions

• Track material market prices such as cement and concrete

• Coordinate with procurement and project teams

• Assist in post tender clarifications and negotiations

• Support cost control during project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles

• 8 to 12 years experience in civil construction projects

• Experience in large scale civil and MEP works

• Proficient in Excel and estimation software

• Strong analytical skills

• Good negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
