Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out Projects)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, material take-offs, BOQ preparation, invoice processing, and progress monitoring to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit client invoices and payment applications.
• Record, monitor, and report project progress.
• Conduct accurate Material Take-Offs (MTO) from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for fit-out and interior projects.
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control activities.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and project cost implications.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams.
• Maintain project documentation and quantity surveying records.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within fit-out/interior projects.
• Proven experience in:
• Invoice Preparation
• Progress Recording and Reporting
• Material Take-Off (MTO)
• BOQ Preparation and Cost Estimation
• Fit-Out Projects
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory.

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Experience working on commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects.
