osition Summary
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with Minimum 5 years’ experience in fit-out and interior projects to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and manage project costs from project inception through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs by reviewing project drawings, specifications, and scope requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates to support tendering, procurement, and project planning activities.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions.
- Review and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and claims.
- Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Maintain accurate cost, contract, and project records.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and fit-out works.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and PlanSwift software.
- Good understanding of construction contracts, BOQs, and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fit-out/interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity take-off software.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and contract administration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
