As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial and operational success of our housing projects. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for housing projects.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Utilize AutoCAD 2D/3D for project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and standards.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.

Hard Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university in Pakistan.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying for finished housing projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and BOQs.
• Familiarity with the Punjab Minimum Wages Act and local construction regulations.

Nice to Have

• Certification from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
• Experience with hydroponic agriculture projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
