The Quantity Surveyor Interior Fit Out is responsible for managing the costs and contracts associated with interior fit out projects. This role involves conducting feasibility studies, preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and overseeing contract administration. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.
  • Monitor project expenditure and control costs.
  • Prepare tenders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
  • Manage contract administration and dispute resolution.
  • Measure and value work done on site and certify payments.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as RICS or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, particularly in interior fit out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and practices.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
