Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in managing project costs from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for various construction projects.
• Monitor and control project budgets, providing regular updates to management.
• Manage the tendering process, including the preparation and evaluation of tender documents.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with all financial obligations.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and cost implications.
• Prepare financial reports and final accounts for completed projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

· years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., AUTOCAD..) are a plus.
